About QPS Advisory
QPS Advisory Co., Ltd. is a Seoul-based M&A advisory firm focused on Korean small and mid-sized companies, a segment that large investment banks rarely cover. The firm advises on:
- Sell-side mandates: founder exits, succession-driven sales, and corporate carve-outs.
- Buy-side searches: identifying and approaching Korean targets, including off-market companies.
- Fundraising: growth and pre-IPO capital from financial and strategic investors.
- Cross-border execution: acting as the Korea-side advisor alongside overseas banks and boutiques.
The team brings experience from leading Korean accounting firms, law firms, and investment banks, and has project experience across energy and environment, secondary batteries, bio, consumer and retail, IT, automotive and machinery, chemicals and materials, and heavy industry and construction, as well as projects in China, Vietnam, and Thailand. QPS Advisory is part of QPS Group, whose operational consulting arm (Quantum Perspective) supports post-merger integration and whose Vietnamese entity, QPS VINA, serves clients in Vietnam.
The firm generally works on a low-retainer, success-fee basis. See how we work with overseas clients →
